Seachase Condos Orange Beach
One of my favorite places to take clients and show property is at Seachase Condominiums. This community is real eye-catching to people passing by on Perdido Beach Blvd due to the 3 large salmon-colored towers that sit beach side, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach. The complex is located right in the middle of Orange Beach and is nestled between Sunswept Condominiums and Opal. Opal is a high-end single tower condo building that has one unit per floor (not a bad next door neighbor to have). Seachase Condos are an awesome option for buyers who are wanting a resort-like atmosphere with spacious living areas. The community offers various different floor plans and would work for the buyer who is looking at condos for sale that are anywhere from $450,0000 to $750,000.
Although the buildings were built approximately 20 years ago, they are well-appointed and have been maintained nicely. The 3 towers were not built all at once: the east tower was built in 1994 containing 12 floors, the center tower was built in 1985 containing 12 floors, and the west tower was built in 1986 containing 15 floors. All of the 187 condos boasts private balconies with great views of the beach and the Gulf. This complex sits on 8.72 acres and includes the beach up to the mean high tide mark, which makes it private property to Seachase.
Seachase Condos contains 2 and 3 bedroom units that are larger than "typical" on the beach. While most of the condos for sale in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are between 800 to 1200 square feet, the unit size at Seachase starts at around 1200 square feet and ranges up to nearly 3000 square feet.
