The Foley real estate market covers a fairly large swath of land that includes much of the retail sales in the area due to the fact that most of the shopping and restaurants are found here. Foley is a great place to live, in my opinion, if you want to live close to the beach because you are only minutes away and many of the neighborhoods in Foley are set back away from the hustle and bustle of Route 59. You will also find that, along with established neighborhoods, there are also quite a few brand new communities that are being built to give buyers many options to choose from.
