Cotton Bayou – Built in 1986, this building has 68 2-3 bedroom units that are located just across the street from the beach. Views of Cotton Bayou and the Gulf.

Dolphin Harbor – 3 stories w/27 units. Built in 1997, Dolphin Harbor is located just east of the Ono Island bridge and very close to the Florida state line. This river front complex is gated and has deeded beach access, boat slips, and tennis courts.

Driftwood Landing – Small, older complex with boat slips overlooking Cotton Bayou.

Emerald Key – 6 stories w/18 units. Beach side, low density building across the street from Hazel’s Seafood.

Emerald Skye – 6 stories w/36 gulf front units. Complex is low density with pool, 1st floor owner storage, and great views.

Escapes! To the Shores – 20 stories w/88 units. Escapes was built in 2008 and offers luxury condo living with fantastic Gulf views. 2, 3, and 4 bedroom options are available.

Fish Camp – This is a very unique condo neighborhood with townhome style units. They are located behind Cosmo’s Restaurant overlook Wolf Bay.

Four Seasons – 9 stories w/71 units. Built in 1989, Four Seasons offers nice amenities and even includes a 100 yard fishing pier that goes out into the Gulf.

Four Winds – 9 stories and built in 1999. This building offers 1 and 2 bedroom units with hallway bunk bed options.

Grand Caribbean – 4 stories w/101 units. Built in 2003, Grand Caribbean 1-3 bedroom options from 650 to 1,080 square feet. Located across the street from the beach near the intersection at Route 161.

Grand Pointe – 8 stories w/86 units, built in 2001. The complex is gated with amenities that include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, sauna, and great views of Perdido Pass and the Gulf.

Harbor Cove – 5 stories w/60 units. A boater’s paradise that was built in 2000 and offers buyers 2, 3, and 4 bedroom options. The complex has 2 piers containing 30 boat slips each along with a gazebo and fish cleaning station on each pier.

Harbor Place – 5 stories w/65 units. Built in 1996, there are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options with Gulf views.

Legacy Key – 14 stories w/37 units. Built in 2004, these luxury units are larger than normal with square footage between 1,800 and 2,800. You’ll enjoy great water views, a boat slip, indoor and outdoor pools, and deeded beach access.

Lei Lani Mini Tower – Modestly priced condos on Ole River with boat slips. This community is located across the street from the Gulf with deeded beach access.

Lei Lani Tower – A unique complex that is Gulf front but has boating facilities across the street.

Magnolia Key – Townhome style condos with boat slips.

Mariner Lakes – Townhome style condos with a private garage, located across the street from the Gulf with private deeded beach access.

Mariner Pass – Built in 2005 and has 5 stories w/51 units with breathtaking views of Cotton Bayou and the islands surrounding Perdido Pass. These condos boast extra large balconies and an incredible marina.

Regency Isle – 11 stories w/112 units built in 2002. Beautiful complex with 2 and 3 bedroom options, located on the beach near the Florida state line.

River Chase – A total of 21 units with boat slips overlooking Ole River.

Romar Beach – Located on the beach side near the Gulf State Park. The complex has 3 floors containing 44 units that are around 850 square feet.

Romar House – was built in 1984 and has 2 11 story towers w/a total of 132 units. All condos at Romar House are 3 bedrooms with spacious floor plans.

Romar Lakes – Nice community located across the street from the Gulf with deeded beach access. Next to Wintzell’s Oyster House.

Romar Place – Built in 1995, Romar House has 11 stories w/66 units that all have 3 bedrooms, ranging from 1,200 to 1,300 square feet.

Romar Tower – Romar Tower is on the Gulf and was built in 1984 and has 9 stories with 35 units offering 1, 2, 3 bedroom condos ranging from 743 to 1,250 square feet.

Seachase West – The sister building for the above complex. Beautiful Gulf front units.

Seaside Surf and Racquet Club – A very large complex with 5 different buildings that were finished in 1985. There are a total of 197 condos that feature 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options ranging in size from 600 to 1,200 square feet.

Shoalwater – A popular building that was built in 1997 that is 12 stories tall w/72 beach front units. Located next to Holiday Inn and close to Adventure Island.

Silver Beach – 8 stories w/47 units built in 1995. This building offers 2 and 3 bedroom Gulf front options between 830 and 1,100 square feet.

Sugar Beach – 3 stories w/198 units built in 1985. Sugar Beach was the beach’s first condo complex and is still very popular with buyers and tourists.

Summer Breeze – Located Gulf side across from San Roc Cay with views of Perdido Pass, this complex has 3 stories w/21 units.

Summer House on Romar Beach – Built in 1985 but well maintained, this complex is 14 stories w/168 units. Summer House offers all 3 bedroom units that are around 1,250 square feet.

Sunswept – was built in 1983 and is one of the first complexes built at the beach. Sunswept offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options ranging from 675 to 1,400 square feet with beach side views of the Gulf.

The Enclave – Built in 1998, The Enclave has 9 stories w/69 units. These 3 and 4 bedroom condos offer tall ceilings, covered parking for some units, over-sized balconies, and more.

The Grander of Orange Beach – Established in 2006, these are really unique and awesome properties. They are duplex style condos with a private elevator and assigned boat slips. All of the condos have 3 bedrooms ranging in size between 2,027 and 2,326 square feet.

The Moorings – Bayfront living at its finest located on Wolf Bay. A premier luxury complex offering 1-3 bedroom options with 1st come/1st serve boat slips.

The Palms – A very attractive, gulf front community close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The Pass – A beautiful complex that is low density and great for the homeowner who would like a waterfront condo for a primary residence or second home. Boat slips are available at a separate cost.

The Sands – Built in 1996, The Sands is a non-rental building comprised of only 3 bedroom beach front condos between 1,900 and 2,100 square feet.

The Wharf – 1 to 4 bedroom units with amenities that include an oasis pool w/lazy river, marina, shopping, dining, an amphitheater, and much more.

The Yacht Club – High end luxury condo living overlooking the bay. The Yacht Club was built in 2006 with only 20 units. Each residence has 4 bedrooms with 3,288 square feet.

Tidewater – Built in 1999, Tidewater is comprised of 1 to 3 bedroom options between 650 to 1,300 square feet. Located on the beach and close to Perdido Pass.
