Grace Magnolias – A fairly large subdivision with construction starting in 2012. Craftsman style homes.

Heidelbrook – Close to Spanish Fort High School and Middle School. Homes are approx. 2,000 square feet and priced around $190k.

Highland Park – Brand new, Acadian and Creole styled homes in a great location.

Highpointe Place – Ranch styled homes at moderate prices.

Lexington – New homes with 4-5 bedrooms ranging from 2,800 to 3,600 square feet.

Military Bridge Estates – Older homes in a very small neighborhood with large wooded lots.

North Lake – Typical homes are 2,500 to 3,000 square feet and price in the mid $200k’s.
