Gulf Shores Condos for Sale

Bay John – Nice complex that sits secluded off of Route 6 away from the hustle and bustle of busy Gulf Shores. Bay John is very nice with tranquil views of the Bon Secour River.

Beach Life Condominiums – As of 2016, this is a brand new community that is located 2 blocks off the beach and 2 blocks from Rt 59. There will be a total of 4 buildings with 2 units each, having 3 bedrooms with 1,560 square feet.

Bel Sole- Contemporary with great views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf. Located in the popular and more quiet West Beach of Gulf Shores.

Boardwalk – 10 stories w/90 units. Gulf facing condos near The Hangout and Sea N Suds.

Caribbean – 9 stories with 32 units. Caribbean was built in 2000 and offers 1 and 2 bedroom condos from 771 to 1,050 square feet.

Castaways – Larger than typical Gulf front condos with great rental income potential.

Clearwater – 8 stories w/32 units. 1 and 2 bedroom on the Gulf coast.

Colony Club – A large, low cost option for condo ownership in Gulf Shores just a few miles from the beach on Rt. 59.

Compass Point – Just a few blocks off the beach in popular West Beach of Gulf Shores consisting of various floor plans with views of both Little Lagoon and the Gulf.

Creekside Villas – A newly remodeled townhome project featuring attached garages with 2, 3, and 4 bedroom options.

Crystal Shores – 13 stories w/88 units. The building offers indoor and outdoor pools, game room, fitness room, and unbelievable beaches.

Crystal Shores West – Spectacular Gulf Views from this popular beach side building. The units range in size from 1,100 to 2,200 square feet.

Crystal Tower – 19 stories w/177 units. A very popular condo building that is across the street from the beach, however, it comes complete with a roof deck pool, clear view of the Gulf, and an elevated boardwalk to the beach.

Cypress Point at Craft Farms – 2 and 3 bedroom units that are located in a great location with 36 holes of golf at your back door.

Emerald Greens – 1, 2, and 3, bedroom options with pool, 9 hole executive golf course, and tennis courts.

Fort Morgan Townhomes – 25 total units in this secluded beachfront community.

Grand Beach Resort – 1, 2, and 3 bed condos ranging from 650-1080 square feet with unobstructed views of the Gulf.

Gulf House – Built in 1981, this is a low density building with 6 floors and only 36 units located near the State Park.

Gulfside Townhomes – 2 floors w/40 units that are beach side and located in the West Beach area.

Gulf Shores Plantation – was built in 1983 and is a very large complex on the beach in Fort Morgan. This community has very moderately priced condos.

Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet – With the Gulf on the front and Little Lagoon at the back there is plenty to do along with great amenities that include an awesome tropical pool, deeded beach access, boat dock, and more.

Gulf Tower – 14 stories w/49 units. One of the older complexes on the beach with the same great views.

Gulf View – Small complex with low price points located across the street from the beach, west of Rt. 59.

Harbor House – Just 31 units in the 4 story beach side complex which is sought after for both buyers and tourists.

Island Royale – 17 stories w/ 84 units located on the beach about a mile from The Hangout. 2 and 3 bedroom condos range from 1,000 to 1,300 square feet.

Island Sunrise – Affordable, Gulf front community, and great location

Island Tower – Some of the best views in Gulf Shores with floor to ceiling windows facing the Gulf.

Island Winds East – 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options within a short walk to The Hangout. This building has nice amenities and 180 feet of beach frontage of the Gulf.

Island Winds West – Beachfront with units ranging from 600 to 1,400 square feet.

Kiva Lodge – Beautiful community located in Fort Morgan, on a championship golf course.

Lagoon Run – 3 floors w/42 units and covered parking. Located across the street from the Gulf with great views of Little Lagoon.

Lagoon Tower – Built 2006, Lagoon Tower is an impressive modern style complex that is located in popular West Beach just across the street from the Gulf. There are only 32 residences in this tower with just 2 units per floor (with the exception of the penthouse). Awesome water views, wrap around balconies, and a boat dock. Talk a look!

Legacy – An 8 story condominium complex that is located on the Gulf not far from The Hangout and Gulf Shores Pkwy.

Lighthouse – Stately appearance, close to The Hangout, contemporary design

Mustique – A contemporary building located in West Beach with very large 4 bedroom units with views of Little Lagoon and the Gulf.

Navy Cove Harbor – A gated community built in 2005 that offers a marina and assigned boat slips that open up into Bon Secour Bay. Navy Cove Harbor is one of the very few condo complexes that are located in the Fort Morgan section of Gulf Shores.

Ocean House II – 9 stories w/96 units. Ocean House is located on the beach in West Beach and offers a BBQ area, Gulf Side pool, hot tub, and great rental potential.

Oceania – Luxurious Gulf front complex with only 1 residence per floor.

Oyster Bay Village – Nice and quiet 55+ community in Gulf Shores.

Phoenix Gulf Shores – As of 2016, Phoenix Gulf Shores is a brand new Gulf side development that is currently under construction that will feature 3 and 4 bedroom options, indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, garage parking, and tennis courts.

Plantation Palms – Fort Morgan complex offering 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms and located next to Kiva Dunes Golf Course.

Regatta – is located beach side just east of Rt 59 (Gulf Shores Pkwy) and is comprised of 3 stories with 49 units. There are 2 and 3 bedroom options available from 928 to 1,300 square feet.

Resort Conference Center – Modest sized and priced condos in Fort Morgan.

Royal Gulf Beach and Racquet Club – Modest sized, affordable beach condos with nice amenities.

Royal Palms – Built in 1999, 14 stories with 101 units. Royal Palms is in a great Gulf front location as it sits closest to the Gulf State Park and pier. 1 and 2 bedrooms are available ranging from 676 to 973 square feet.

Sailboat Bay – Private, gated, with a boat slip

San Carlos – Contemporary and Gulf front

Sandpiper – was built in 1983 and has 3 stories with 48 units. Sandpiper sits on the Gulf in West Beach with tropical landscaping and a seasonally heated outdoor pool.

Sanibel – 18 stories w/108 units. Sanibel was built in 2007 and is in a great location in popular West Beach with views of both the Gulf and Little Lagoon. There are 2,3, and 4 bedroom options with large floor plans ranging from 1,236 to 2,544 square feet.

Sea Breeze – A nice looking community that was built in 1983 with 3 stories and 60 units. Sea Breeze is located across the street from the Gulf in West Beach with deeded beach access.

Sea Oats – Built in 1984, having 2 stories with 120 units. Sea Oats is located on Little Lagoon in popular West Beach and offers 2 and 3 bedroom options ranging in size between 1,000 and 1,500 square feet. Highlights include covered parking and boat slips.

Seacrest - Attractive complex located beach side in the West Beach section of Gulf Shores.

Seawind – A luxurious and very popular condo community built in 2006 with 20 stories and 155 units. All units are Gulf front with awesome views and have 2 bedrooms with a bonus room that has bunk beds.

Summer House West – is in a great location several miles west of Gulf Shores Pkwy. It was built in 1984 and offers 32 1 and 2 bedroom units that range between 640 to 1,280 square feet. Features include great views of the lagoon and boardwalk access to the Gulf which is across the street.

Sunset Bay at Bon Secour IV I – Very nice complex that’s secluded off of Rt 6 on Plash Island. Sunset Bay sits directly on the Intracoastal Waterway and within a stone’s throw to Bon Secour Bay.

Sunset Bay at Bon Secour IV II – Phase II is located just east of it’s sister building and is also located on the Intracoastal Waterway. This is a very nice community that is gated and offers assigned, deeded boat slips.

Surfside Shores II – A Gulf front tower that was built in 1995 that offer 2 and 3 bedroom units from 900 to 1,200 square feet.

The Beach Club – is one of the most popular and largest resort condominiums on the island. The Beach Club was built in 1999 and sits on an 86 acre lot which allows for a huge amount of private beach space on the Gulf. There are 4 towers with over 600 beach front units. This is a must see.

The Colonnades – was built in 2006 and has 21 stories with 53 units. The Colonnades is a higher end complex that’s located on East Beach Blvd and about a mile from Gulf Shores Pkwy. 3 and 4 bedrooms are available that range from 1,700 to 2,140 square feet.

The Cottages at West Beach – As of 8/16 this complex is a brand new development and is currently under construction. Click the link to check out the listings.

The Dunes – Peaceful condo living at its finest. The Dunes is located nearly to the end of Fort Morgan Rd, about 20 miles west of Rt. 59. This is a pristine complex that’s Gulf front but about 200 yards from the beach, which makes for relaxing evening walks.

The Enclave at Oak Hill – I really like this condos. They were built in 2006 and are 3 stories with 123 units. With the 10 foot ceilings and the 8 foot interior doorways, you almost get the impression that you’re in a New York loft. Typical condos here are selling for under $200,000.

The Indies – Peaceful and quiet, luxurious condos in Fort Morgan.

The Links – A very attractive and smaller condo community that sits within the sought after neighborhood of The Peninsula off of Fort Morgan Rd. The Links lay next to 27 holes of world class golf and enjoy all of the amenities of The Peninsula.

The Links Golf Villas – The same complex as above but with additional listings. Our MLS has this community listed in 2 different ways.

The Racquet Club – Another condominium that is located on the golf course of The Peninsula.

The Ridge – As of 2016, this is brand new development of duplex styled condos with attached garages and near downtown Gulf Shores.

The Rookery – This is a neat community of Single family and duplex styled condos located towards the end of very quiet Fort Morgan Rd.

The Rookery III – Just like the The Rookery above but newer.

The Village – 3 stories with 15 units. Less expensive condo options near the beach.

Tropic Isles – 8 stories with 40 units. A low density gulf front complex in West Beach that is in high demand for vacationers.

Tropical Winds – 8 stories with 32 units and built in 1996. A low density gulf front building located about a mile from Route 59 and The Hangout.

Westwind – Built in 1997 and 9 stories with 32 units. Westwind is Gulf front and about a mile from The Hangout.
