If you're familiar with Lake Forest, you already know that the neighborhood is huge. In fact, it's the largest in the state of Alabama. That being said, it's no surprise to me that there were 20 homes that sold in Lake Forest just in the last couple of months. Because there's so much activity here, I post a real estate update every month for Lake Forest so you know how the market is doing.
In this market update you see that Lake Forest has really been busy during the holiday season but that's typical. As you can see from the infographic above, home prices are very reasonable at an average price of $84 per square foot.
