One of the more majestic looking condo towers on the beach is Lighthouse Condominiums. Its wide stature and contemporary design really make it stand out among its neighbors in Gulf Shores. The building's architectural style is stunning and sets itself apart from every other complex at the beach. One of the things that stands out to me as I ride down the "beach" road is that there are many buildings on the beach that look similar and tend to get lost among each other. Lighthouse real estate is different. Once you learn the name and what the building looks like, you never seem to forget it. Do not pass this option by if you are looking for condos for sale between $400,000 and $500,000. Lighthouse is located on East Beach Blvd in Gulf Shores nestled in between Island Sunrise and Whaler. The location is within walking distance to The Hangout, which means that you will have plenty of places to go and not have to drive/walk too far to get the things that you need. The beach is private property to the association to the mean high tide mark on the beach. The distance from this mark to the shore line is public beach and owned by the city. The majority of the people who own condos at the beach rent out their units for various periods of time.
