Palm Beach was first established in 2000, is 5 stories tall, and has a total of 100 units. The building itself is in the shape of a "W" which gives two different courtyard areas that are nicely landscaped with pools. Even though most of the condos are not facing the south (toward the Gulf), you do have a pleasant view of the pool and palm trees. Views of the Gulf are there but you just have to look over your balcony and to the side.
Although I live in Spanish Fort, I have actually stayed in Palm Beach for a few days for a little getaway. I must say that I caught myself saying that I could actually live here full time. Construction of the building is solid with poured-in- place concrete, and I never heard my neighbors from any direction. We just had a 1 bedroom condo, and the ceilings in the living room and master were 9' feet tall. With our placement in the Complex, on the 2nd floor, it was just a short walk to the pool and less than 50 yards to the beach and shore. Yes, I'm a realtor but I could live there full time. It was nice!
