Historic Malbis Real Estate
Formally known as Malbis Plantation, Historic Malbis is a large subdivision comprised of 150 acres, containing 275 home sites. Located near the corner of Route 181, Route 90, and Interstate 10, Historic Malbis has several entrances into the community to accommodate the many residents.
The infrastructure of the neighborhood has features that are unique as a whole compared to every other subdivision in Baldwin County and includes: tree-lined streets, alleys, sidewalks, and narrow streets.
For those who are not looking forward to a ton of yard work, the smaller lots start at 50' x 150' and go up from there to 100' x 300'. This community is quite unique and architecturally diverse from most other neighborhoods in Daphne as there are also 13 commercial lots and 13 multi-use lots on the property as well.

Homes for Sale in Historic Malbis
Most of the construction of the single-family homes in the community began in 2000 and lasted for a little over a decade, so the land might be historic but the homes are not. Diversity goes beyond the development as there are many different floor plans within the community. The smaller homes have around 1,200 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. On the other end of the spectrum, the larger homes contain over 4,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and several full baths. There are "many" different sized floor plans in between the two.
