The "stand out" feature of the community is that it's located on Rock Creek Golf Club, which is one of Baldwin County's finest courses. This 18-hole championship course stretches 6,900 yards making it great for the long hitter yet fun for all levels of play. Developed by Earl Stone, Rock Creek Golf Club has been consistently rated with 4.5 stars from Golf Digest since opening day.

Rock Creek is a fairly large community but one of the things that I love the best is that all of the homes are different with varying styles and sizes. You'll find that many of the homes for sale will offer distinctive features such as custom mill-work, built-in shelving and cabinets, stamped concrete, gourmet kitchens, and surround sound (to name a few). Home styles in the neighborhood include: Traditional, Mediterranean, Craftsman, Patio, and Cottage.

While construction in Rock Creek first started in the mid 90's, the majority of the homes were built from 2000 to 2014 using the exterior theme of brick, stucco, or a mix of both. You'll find that the typical home for sale ranges between 2,000 and 7,000 square feet at around $133 per foot. Like I said, there is a lot of variety in Rock Creek. Open floor plans, high ceilings, and lush landscaping are fairly typical.
