This weekly post is a little different. I feature the cities of Daphne, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach, talking about what is currently on the market. If you're thinking about buying a single family home in these areas, it will give you a good idea of what our market is doing in the northern and southern sections of Baldwin County.

Conditions are relatively neutral in Orange Beach for the past few weeks, but inventory is beginning to grow compared to that of the demand from buyers. Due to this increase, we may see a decrease in pricing for single-family homes. Market conditions in Orange Beach are favoring the buyer.
If you're a buyer in Baldwin County, it truly is a good time and I'd love to work with you.
