Spanish Fort is not one of the biggest cities in Baldwin County but it’s definitely one of the fastest growing.  Although there is a lot of demand for real estate in Spanish Fort, I think most people would believe that home prices are still very affordable.

Yes, there are homes here for everyone.  As a matter of fact, buyers can find homes for sale in Spanish Fort anywhere from the low $100k’s to over a million.  However, the focus for this article is to highlight all of the neighborhoods that have homes with the lowest price per square foot.

Everyone wants a deal right?  Well, you won’t find very many foreclosures in Spanish Fort, however, you can find a great home at an affordable price.  Below you will find the neighborhoods with the best deals and prices including data for the average selling price, square footage, and price per foot.

Here’s the criteria that I use to find the best prices in Spanish Fort:

  • Sold properties
  • Neighborhoods where at least 3 homes were sold in the last 90 days
  • Lowest average price per square foot

Overall, there were 101 single family homes that sold in Spanish Fort for the last 90 days.  The average square footage was 2,492.  The average selling price was $269,948 and the average price per square foot was $113.
