Phoenix Condos for Sale in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach
Those who have come to our beaches at least once have noticed that the Phoenix communities, that were developed and built by Brett/Robinson, dominate the real estate market in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach in terms of land use and number of residential units. I normally devote an entire page to one condo development but since there are 19 that are related to Phoenix, I thought that I would compile the list into one and give a brief description of each building. Here you will find the address for each location along with real estate data that can assist you in your next purchase. I update at LiveGulfShoresLocal the real estate statistics for all of the buildings that I feature often so you will have everything that you need to make an informed decision.
If you have any questions about a particular location/unit or if you would like a private tour, give me a call or message me from the information on the right of your screen. I'll send you an updated list of condos that are for sale as well as any pertinent rental history, if applicable. I look forward to the opportunity of working with you....

There are various restrictions when it comes to availability to rent, alterations to the unit, and even using the unit yourself. They are for sale in a lenders' eyes they are viewed as a hotel. You can not get a loan for one of these properties, however, if you're paying cash, they may be a viable option.
