As I sit here writing this, I see that it's October 7th at 10:26 am and it's a sunny 77 degrees. Yes, the summers can get hot and humid, but I'm reminded on days like today that, most of the year, living in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach is very pleasant and enjoyable. I really love selling real estate here at the beach, which is why I wanted to write this short little post (unlike most of my pages) and provide readers with the average temperatures for lower Alabama.
We have a huge influx of "snowbirds" that come to our area during the cooler months to avoid the harsh winters of the north and I can see why. Some stay for weeks and some stay for months. Some love it so much that they even decide to buy a home and move permanently. Below you will see our monthly averages. See how it compares to where you live.
If you have thought about real estate or even buying a home in Gulf Shores or Orange Beach, please give me a call (shameless plug).
