Best Real Estate Prices in Foley AL

With so much attention that is given to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, you may be surprised that Foley (which is located just north of the beach) has some of the lowest home prices in Baldwin County.  Take a look at how Foley’s home prices compare to the rest of the cities in the county here in the Monthly Baldwin County Real Estate Report.  Honestly, the city is going through a boom making it tough for supply to keep up with the demand.  

With that being said, prices remain low comparatively. Everyone loves a good deal so I wanted to share with you the best real estate prices in an area that already has good prices.  Below you’ll find all of the neighborhoods in Foley that have the best real estate prices and deals including the average selling price, square feet, and price per foot.

Here are the factors I used to gather the stats:

  • Sold homes
  • Neighborhoods where at least 3 properties have recently sold
  • Lowest price per square foot

Overall, there were 177 homes that sold in Foley during the last 90 days.  The average selling price was $192,478.  The average square feet was 1,925 with an average price per square foot of $101.
