Here you will find the most up to date information for condos that are currently on the market and those that have sold. You’ll also see how condo sales from today compare to those from a few years ago.
CONDOS FOR SALE AT THE BEACH CLUB
As you can see from the infographic above, there are 26 condos for sale in this complex. That may seem like a lot but it’s relative to the total amount of units that are in this complex. For those who aren’t familiar, there are 4 separate towers on the property, totaling 600 condos. So, that’s only 4% of the condos that are for sale.
The most expensive condo is for sale at $850,000 and the least expensive condo cost $329,900. The largest unit has 2,231 square feet and the smallest has 671. The average amount of square feet is 1,367. There are several different floor plans in this community but for now, the average list price is $534,953 with an average price per foot of $395. Condos in The Beach Club are on the market for 138 days.
For the Alabama Gulf Coast, we have an enormous amount of buyers who come to our beach to buy condos (in all price ranges). From the image above you can see that 7 condos were purchased in the last 60 days at The Beach Club. That says a lot since the average selling price was $429,714.
The most expensive condo sold for $720,000 and the least expensive sold for $303,000. The average square feet for condos sold was 1,186. The average price per foot was $374 and the days on the market was 165.
The listing to selling price ratio was 95% which means that buyers were able to get an average of 5% off the original asking price.
