Gulf Shores AL. Neighborhoods

Below you will find a list of single family neighborhoods in Gulf Shores, AL. Each link will provide homes that are for sale, property details, map location, and photos.

Gulf Shores Neighborhoods

Aventura - This is an attractive neighborhood about 10 minutes north of the beach in Gulf Shores.  Constructed started here in 2019 and today the community boasts about 400 homesites.  Prices are between $400,000 and $700,000.

Andhurst Walk - New construction subdivision in north Gulf Shores off of Route 6 near the Gulf Shores Sports Complex that range between 1,700 and 2,500 square. Prices from the $230k's.

Baldwin Beach - This community is referred to as the stretch of land near the Lagoon Pass Bridge on West Beach Blvd. These homes are either on the beach or just across the road and will range in price from $500,000 to $1,000,000.

Bay Gardens - A peaceful little neighborhood with cobblestone streets and custom built homes on stilts. Amenities include a fishing pier, boat launch, boat slips, and all of the waterfront luxuries of living in Fort Morgan.

Blue Lagoon - Awesome little beach neighborhood located on the north side of West Beach Blvd. Because West Beach is such a narrow strip of land, many of these homes will have a view of both Little Lagoon and the Gulf.

Brigadoon Heights - Located about 3 miles west of Route 59 off of Fort Morgan Rd is an option to own more home for your money in this community.

Carl T Martin - Located in West Beach, this beach community offers home options ranging from $300,000 to $1,400,000, most of which having great views of Little Lagoon.

Cotton Creek Trace - Creole and traditional styled homes in a quiet area near golf course and Publix.

Craft Farms - A well established and maintained neighborhood that is the largest subdivision in our area. Craft Farms is located in north Gulf Shores and is home to 2 Arnold Palmer golf courses. You'll find homes ranging from 1,700 - 3,500 square feet that are priced between $250k - $750k.

Craft Farms North - Brand new and slightly new homes that are located in a section of Craft Farms closest to the Foley Beach Expressway.

Crimson Ridge - New construction and fairly new homes between 1,700 and 2,600 square feet. Located off of Rt 8 between Rt 59 and the Foley Beach Expressway.

Fairway Estates - A peaceful neighborhood with mature trees, located in central Gulf Shores near the Gulf Shores Golf Club and The Bodenhamer Recreation Center.

Fairway View Estates - A nice established area with mature trees, located on Gulf Shores Golf Club off of Fort Morgan Rd.

Fort Morgan– Quiet and large beach community located on the western side of the city containing homes in all price ranges and floor plans.

Gulf Pines - Modest sized single family homes with modest prices adjacent to the Intracoastal Waterway near Rt. 59.

Gulf Shores - Properties that are for sale that are not associated with a neighborhood.

Gulf Shores Golf Club Estates - Mature treed community located along the Gulf Shores Golf Club.

Gulf Woods - Beach style homes located on W 8th Ave off of Rt. 59 just blocks from the beach and The Hangout.

Gulfwood Highlands - Beautiful area surrounded by large oak trees featuring large homes and lots with deeded boat slips to Little Lagoon.

 

Islandwood - Located on the Gulf Shores Golf Course, this brand new subdivision offers homes from $280,000 to $350,000.

Kiva Dunes - Pristine golfing and coastal community located on the west end of Fort Morgan. The golf course was named as the #1 rated course in Alabama.

Lagoon Pass - Waterfront community located across the street from the Gulf just west of the Lagoon Pass Bridge. Amenities include a shared dock, pier, and boathouse.

Laurel Woods - Smaller area with properties typically between 1,500 and 2,000 square feet located next to The Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club.

Laguna Key - A secluded and gated community located at the far end of West Beach Blvd. Some of the homes here are very large and face the Gulf.

Martinique on the Gulf – Beautiful, and well-appointed homes with direct access to the beach and great amenities.

Martyn Woods - A little known gem due to its location off of Rt. 6 near Bon Secour Bay. You will feel a sense of nature as this subdivision highlights the wetlands and dry lands of the area. Home sites are 1 to 5 acres.

Mighty Oaks - A modest sized area with homes around 2,000 square feet located off of Route 8 just west of Route 59.

Morgantown - A gorgeous beach side community in Fort Morgan with large beach homes and great views.

Oyster Bay - A variety of floor plans that are at or near the Intracoastal Waterway and Bon Secour Bay.

Perry's Landing - A quiet area located off of Cotton Creek Drive near the Foley Beach Expressway with 1st come 1st serve boat slips.

Pine Hurst - A stylish neighborhood that is located in the Craft Farms community.

Raintree Place - A small community located off of Route 8 east of Route 59 with prices around $200k.

Shoreland - A variety of raised homes, many which are located on a bayou that leads to Little Lagoon. Located in West Beach that allows for a quick walk to the Gulf.

Stonegate Estates - Located off of Route 8 near the Foley Beach Expressway, floor plans range between 2,000 and 2,500 square feet.

Summer Wood - Attractive area near Gulf Shores Sportsplex and The Factory. Typical properties are 3-4 bedrooms and around 2,000 square feet.

Sunset Bay at Bon Secour - This beautiful community is private and secluded, located on Plash Island.

Surfside Shores - A true beach front community with raised homes and sandy lots. Some of these properties are Gulf front and others are just a block or two away.

The Beach Club Cottages - A very unique neighborhood located at on the The Beach Club condo property next to the beach in Fort Morgan. You'll find 2 to 5 bedroom options with a lake and all of The Beach Club amenities.

The Colony at Fort Morgan - A new wooded subdivision located just 3.5 miles from Rt 59 and downtown Gulf Shores.

The Cottages at Lagoon Pass - A very neat community located just west of Lagoon Pass Bridge. 16 homes that sit across the street from the beach on Little Lagoon complete with a pool, pier, and boat slips.

The Dunes - An exquisite beach side location with beautiful homes of various sizes.

The Estates for Craft Farms - The high end section of the Craft Farms community with large opulent homes and over-sized lots.

The Peninsula – Beautifully sought after neighborhood with attractive golf courses and other great amenities.

The Retreat at Bon Secour - A stylish neighborhood located on the Intracoastal Waterway and off of Oyster Bay Rd. New construction is available with 5 different floor plans between 1,900 and 3,000 square feet.

The Villas at Playa Grande - Welcome to one of the newest developments in Gulf Shores!  This is luxury coastal cottage living at its finest.  You'll enjoy 4 balconies, a gated community, heated pool, and much more.

Twin Pines - A subdivision located in Fort Morgan with homes around 1,500 square feet and priced around $150k.

Venetian Isles - Small raised homes in downtown Gulf Shores that are an easy walk to The Hangout and the beach.

Waterside Resort - Brand new neighborhood located on Little Lagoon.  Wonderful homes with unique upgrades on the water.
