Phoenix on the Bay versus Caribe: The Comparison
These two beautiful complexes are both in demand when it comes to condos that are for sale in Orange Beach. Sometimes I find that the same clients who are looking at units in one, often want to look at units in the other. Let's take a look at some of the similarities and differences between both of them.

Conclusion
Of course, the most important opinion is yours but, if you just look at the findings above, you will have some items that are just facts and others that are "taste" sensitive. I think that the attractiveness of the two complexes are very similar as are the boating options and access to the water. Condo fees, the square footage options, the year built, and bedroom options are also very similar. The differences are price, location, number of units available, and amenities. Although the amenities for both communities are exquisite, the edge goes to Caribe. Prices in Caribe are slightly higher at $17 more per foot, which probably has to do with demand. You'll have less units to choose from at Phoenix on the Bay because it is much smaller. This is a taste-sensitive item and may not be a negative issue. Finally, we have the location, which I think is the biggest difference of all. Although both communities are really not that far from each other, Caribe is nearly on the beach and will give folks quick access to the Gulf, as well as better water views.
So I've laid it out for you. What do you think? Please contact me from the information on this page if you would more details on these units or if you would like a private tour.
